Auchindrain, from the Gaelic words Achadh an Droighinn meaning field of the thorntree, is a complete Highlands farm township. Tour houses, barns and byres. Sneak a peek at the way of life of the Highland farmer. Hear stories about the families who lived here as tenants. Learn about life, work and play in rural Scotland before the advent of modern farming.
Getting There

Auchindrain is located 6 miles from Inveraray and is situated on the A83, the road to Lochgilphead and Campbeltown.
Hours & Times
