Getting There
The Japanese Gardens are located at the corner of Avenida Figueroa Alcorta and Avenida Casares in Buenos Aires barrio of Palermo. The nearest subte station is Scalabrini Ortiz on the D line, an 8 block hike from the garden. Several city buses called colectivos stop nearby. At last check, buses 10, 15, 37, 59, 60, 67, 93, 95, 102, 108, 118, 128, 130, 141, 160, and 188 stopped near the Japanese Garden.
Hours & Times
The garden is open 10:00-18:00 Monday through Friday and 10:00-19:00 Saturday and Sunday. Guided tours are offered on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays at 15:00. Educational programs are offered from time to time. Check the calendar of events before setting out.
