Cafe Tortoni is located at Avenida de Mayo 829 between Plaza de Mayo and Plaza del Congress in downtown Buenos Aires. Take the A line subte to Piedras or C line to Avenida de Mayo. Several city buses called colectivos stop in the barrio of Monserrat and many stop near the cafe.
