Off Road in Moab with Kids
Moab is a great place to make tracks on 4-wheels. Test your off-road driving skills on aptly named 4x4 trails - Metal Masher, Hell’s Revenge and Potato Salad Hill are but three - or sit back and enjoy the thrill on a guided jeep safari or hummer tour. And don’t forget to take in the view. In Moab, boulders and rocks are more than off-road props. They provide a spectacular backdrop in all shades pink, orange and brown. And they harbor tales of times long ago. Keep your eyes peeled for dinosaur tracks and Native American Rock Art.

Moab Jeep Safaris reviews
Call me a snobSubmitted on 07 May 2008 by snowedunder from Monza, Italy
I had always assumed that a jeep tour would be rather boring and tedious. Bouncing up and down in a jeep and navigating rocks was not my idea of fun. Our recent hummer safari with Moab Adventure Center proved my assumption wrong. Jeep safaris can be thrilling. The experience is similar to a first-rate roller coaster. And the views are phenomenal. One word of note, passengers in the raised back seats have the bumpiest ride. 2 out of 2 travelers found this review helpful. Was this review helpful?
