Sacred Monument offers three types of excursions, jeep tours, hiking trips and trail rides. Tours depart from two locations: Monument Valley Road west of Hwy 163 and tour booth near the Monument Valley Visitor Center. Family Travel Tips: The minimum age is 8 for horseback rides; the maximum weight is 240 pounds. Not all trail rides take place inside the park. There is no minimum age on jeep tours.
